The Most Complete Check Splitting App Available

Ive been using Separate Checks since May 2010, when it was still a paid app. It was totally worth the money and has been fantastic!

If you dine with groups that order a variety of food and drink, this app will do the work in calculating totals and tips. After entering all the pertinent information from a restaurant bill, there is a summary page that shows everyones totals. Sometimes you have that one friend who says they are putting in $X when they really should be putting in $(X+Y). This creates accountability.

Honestly, Im a bit surprised the app is currently free. Hopefully the developers are making money somehow so they can continue future development on this and other projects.
